Production & Turnaround

How long does it take to receive my order?

Standard production time is typically 10-14 business days from design approval. This timeframe includes printing, die-cutting, folding, gluing, and quality inspection. Shipping time is additional and depends on your location, typically 3-5 business days for standard shipping within the USA. Express shipping options are available if you need faster delivery. For rush orders, we can often accommodate shorter turnaround times – contact us to discuss your deadline.

Do you offer rush orders?

Yes, we understand that sometimes you need boxes quickly. We offer expedited production for rush orders, often completing production in 5-7 business days. What happens after I approve my design?

Once you approve your design proof, we move your order into production. The production process includes: (1) Plate making for printing, (2) Material preparation and cutting, (3) Printing your custom design, (4) Any special finishing processes (lamination, foiling, etc.), (5) Die-cutting to shape, (6) Folding and gluing, (7) Quality inspection, and (8) Packaging for shipment. Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress directly on the carrier's website. What printing options do you offer?

How are the boxes shipped?

Our boxes are shipped flat (unassembled) to reduce shipping costs and minimize potential damage during transit. They arrive in protective packaging and are easy to fold into shape when you're ready to use them. Some specialty boxes, like rigid boxes, are shipped assembled due to their construction. Detailed assembly instructions are provided when needed.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging your order for shipment, but if damage occurs during transit, contact us immediately with photos of the damaged items. We will work with the shipping carrier to file a claim and will replace any damaged boxes at no additional cost to you. Please inspect your order upon arrival and report any issues within 48 hours of delivery.
